Even less than a month cannot be guaranteed unless you're already on the top 10 results and just minor optimization holding you back. If you want things to go exactly your way, you might want to pay for ads.

You could overpay a ton for someone to try to make that happen or you could just buy a few backlinks and wait 3-4 weeks for it to update but even with the best indexing it prolly won't happen under 7 days unless KD is super low.

Within one week is hard to assure and don't try to build too much backlinks quickly. it definitely hurt your site.
