What is your app about?
Laravel is a nice framework, i use it. I offer coding services and can ask a couple of people to vouch me.

I've got the experience you are looking for, but I'm not exactly cheap.

If you don't know if you are using Laravel odds are you are not using it. Laravel is a framework you build website applications on top of.
