Important question about google adsense

And as a result , all visitors now from this country are using vpn and proxies to enter my website ! .. which means that now 75 % of my website's traffic is from vpn and proxies !! ( but of course it is real traffic ).

So please i want to ask , will this cause a risk to my google adsense account ?
