I am looking for an image scraper that can scrape,rename and add a wathermark or logo, or a meme generator. I want to use to post content on pinterest or tumblr, online there is something, but I want a desktop version. Any suggestion?

I created similiar bot for me, only bot when scrape image and create watermark automatic post on pinterest and tumblr.
What categories of images you need?

Any to start, for category you mean format or platform to scrape from? The automatic posting is a plus, I would like to use it for other things as well.

The dumping process is simple.
The image processing will depend of how many processes you want to implement (water mark/ resize / invert / save it with a custom name).
And the image post process will depende on plataform and APIs available for that.

Those steps can be done easily with any programming language.

I mean what category of pictures you need: celebrity, adult,funny...
