Lol, have fun getting past their team of high-end lawyers. But yea, Google has been a huge pain in the a$$ for many online marketers in recent times.

In term of impact on online markets, Google is like a force of nature. You are saying something like "I am going to sue God for the hurricane that wiped out my store in a beachside town".

Instead of suing google try to sue Matt Cutts. Say that Matt Cutts hacked thousands of sites and lowered their rankings lol.

Do you think that a Multi-billion dollar company with such a high reputation would even cast an eye to any claim like yours? I bet they won't - it would have to be huge for them to feel any more threatened...
