IG temp banned

HI guys im new and i would like to know if theres any way i can do my follow/unfollow routine without getting banned next time , so ussually i follow big IG accounts (30-40) accounts , and after that i unfollow t and follow them again , like 2-3 times i ussually get 150+ follows per day , but now i got the hammer
PS : my account is 2-3 years old

Follow less users.

And also how much time should I w8 between following&unfollowing i ussualy w8 1 min or a bit more
