Ig problems with log in! willing to pay for solution

hi guys, ok so accidentally while editing ig info i deleted the email from the email form inside the ig app setting and the saved and logged out the account. when i tried to log in again instagram as soon as i log in it tells me to update email adress, so i put the email address i want to use in the pop up that appears intantly , but it doesnt work and a message like : "oops an error occurred". i tried to change password, and everyhting but still no success. can someone help me with this and can manually fix this?
