Understand your point. There are many ways to use an IG profile through getting users from outside of IG platform itself. And the monetization opportunity is aplenty too. Just need to think outside the box for this.

Well, yea.. you can use it as a social proof device but still.. I would much rather build an email list than to send traffic to IG acc. You could always send your IG account inside your email or smth or after they have submitted their email. The list is yours forever - IG account can be banned in a blink of an eye.

Your approach is definitely correct in terms of white hat marketing. Let me quote an example, a very popular dating site have been spammed with IG and Snapchat profile link of late promoting dating CPA offers. Cost of marketing is significantly lower as ban rate is lower. Think along this line and you shall see why IG profile are used.

so it's about using your IG profiles as a buffer on other sites to promote your money site without linking directly to it?
Im waiting to know if my personal account got fucked. I did f/un for a while, had 20k on my own, then the f/un got me to 40k.
All was good, had over 5000 likes etc on my photos, good engagement, then instantly one day, my new photo gets 200 likes and 2 comments, i stopped f/un for a week, and it still never recovered. I posted a photo today, and same issue, 218 likes, 5 comments.
I'm extremely frustrated, any advice guys?

- across Internet there's info about AI fighting spam comments, not f/uf or liking. Did Instagram expand AI to other spam bahavior?
- if the AI is available in 9 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Chinese). Is having account in another language a way to bypass the AI?

Example, many big sites ban the usage of contact number, email, urls,etc. However you can still invite people to IG/SC add you. And if you randomize the wording enough, your account used on those social sites will not get ban easily which means your cost of marketing is significantly lesser. I have tested this method on forum for payday loan and it works very well. "Giving out short term loan, add me on IG to discuss" something like this.
I think AI is covering all languages (and AI is inventing its own language too ;p)

That's a nice solution for business. But I'm growing a personal account. Instagram is my biggest social platform so far. Now I'm thinking about growing presence on other social platforms and inviting users to follow me on Instagram. Can't decide on new platform yet because I have experience only with Instagram bots.

There's further drop on the weekend (used to be 45 on weekend, but was only 20). Also when I looked into people who followed me, they are mostly from organic growth (as opposed to be from my engagement).
There are specific hours that my liking wouldn't have a single effect. That is after my bed time, and before 12pm in the morning.
If everyone can shed a light about their pattern, we can put the puzzles together.
(ps: I've never done botting or f/un. I stick to liking only.
I manually liked a lot of pics of a specific niche in a day. I used to bag about 5% of those liking, but recently got halved or a lot less. I tried to like my pics on my other account, I still have notifications. But I guess it's from the same iP.

To those who experience drop in followback ratio:
Maybe the reason is that you are losing followers. So the followback ratio would be flat but the number of new followers you see is smaller because of increased unfollowers?
I guess that may be the possible reason because many users started losing small number of followers day by day. Anyone can confirm?

1. Ig wasn't meant to be used as a playground where you follow/unfollow to grow audience. Best way is to put up legit content and try to get it viral. As always I'll say that f/u accounts are marked till the end of time and they won't get viral as a new account will.
2. Follow/unfollow is not dead, mass botting is still alive and the rewards are plenty. Why do you think this like crackdown happened? Because every kid and his dog started spamming ig. Test, test and test. Ig is not dead , f/u will never die. I highly recommend to do f/u when you are starting out. Once you have a decent size account , try to grow a new one without any bots based on your experience
