From my conversation with him, it seems the ghosting is permanent. Reason is because Facebook DO NOT Want anyone spamming their users. And user experience is very important to them since their Company assets are the users themselves. The system to check is very sophisticated and involve AI that evolves with with more statistics collected daily. Remember Facebook has to stop their AI lab test because the AI is so sophisticated that they develop their own language of conversation?
In the past you can still get away by manually appealing but nowadays the system is more than 90% accurate in detecting accounts that are created solely for marketing purposes or spamming. Manual appeal success rate is very low nowadays. Basically to promote on IG, I suggest that you pay for sponsored shoutout on verified account since these accounts are given special privilege compared to normal accounts or simply pay for facebook to advertise.
Alternatively focus on other smaller social media sites since they have lesser resources compared to facebook to develop such sophisticated anti spamming system.

Noticed that too. I've bought 40 aged accs recently. I've set up 35 weeks ago, but 5 i did few days ago. They're in a global project with the rest of accs, and all of them got gosted as fuck. They got to about 40-60 followings and then the event log started spamming "this user is in the blacklist." as it tried to follow. 0 likes on pics and 0 follow backs from that day. I have 2 accs that the same thing happened to about 2-3 weeks ago, and to this day, they're still ghosted. RIP forever?
Interested to know what triggered this. I've been using the same strategies and settings for my accs for months now, and this just started happening now. Confused.

Yes accounts once ghosted are gone forever. Used to be able to unghost by manual appealing but nowadays this is not working as well.
The challenge lies with the usage of AI that evolves every seconds as more users data are collected. The filter are constantly changing every single day. Unless we own IG and have access to the methodology of the system there is no way that we can beat the system. It is time to evolve the way we market on IG. Like I mention previously, getting a sponsored shoutout from a verified account still works or advertising directly on IG and paying Facebook. The blackhat way will be to mass hack accounts and uses them to market. The cost is the lowest for this approach. The conventional way of buying accounts to mass follow/unfollow is too expensive nowadays to be profitable.
My playground is twitter but even this platform is getting harder to get free traffic nowadays.

Yeah, traditional spamming doesn't work on FB & IG. Though I'd like to say IG is a little bit easier to spam than FB but it's just a matter of time IG evolves to FB.
Still that doesn't mean you can't spam on their playground. All you have to do is just be more creative, intelligent to bypass their human-mod-like AI system. But can you??

Thanks for sharing. I think a life-time ban forever is too harsh and heres why - there are tons of real people / celebrities / wannabe-celebrities / businesses / musicians / artists / sports players / high school & college students / bloggers who have all played around with automation - whether its automation through a web app, browser automation, or an app on the phone - there may be 10's of millions -or even 100s of millions- of real users who have abused the system. With such a murky swamp of good people abusing the system alongside spam accounts - I suspect its in IG's interest to slap the wrists of all suspects and institute a stricter "curfew" on actions until everyone plays by the rules and stops gaming the system...

Agree with you but this is also why Facebook is taking a very strict approach. They do not ban the account, you can still share with people that follow you which you attracted through outside of IG platform. But within IG platform itself, they simply do not allow any room for gaming the system. Remember verified accounts (celebrities,etc) have a different filter system and do not subject to the same shadow ban issue.

if it true that proxies are know detected and accounts get ghosted , but said modern bot can get passed it what bot is considered as modern and can they get past it if ig is detecting proxies and ghosting how will a bot get past it anyway?

celebs are different there protected to encourage more users to join the website in question , a celeb get special accounts as there making the website money even being on it.
non celebs will never get the accounts the celeb get.
think about it do you get the golden walk from your corner shop even free bags or free sweets every visit , same on a website thrown in special accounts

followers and likes can get you ban from services as there also very dangerous as all the ipv4 ip address are known for there spam.....(( only some trusted services now only work ))

Yes that is correct. IG is leveraging on these people popularity to get even more users. Point to note, IG is never preventing you from marketing for followers outside of IG platform. If you can get traffic from reddit to follow your IG profile then IG will welcome this approach. The ban/ ghosting only occurs when you try to game the IG system and get followers within the IG platform itself.
I am assuming that you are getting views from hashtag? Hmm.. hashtag abusing will cause ghosting as well.
