IG Giveaway + CPA = Problems?

Hey there.
I have an IG giveaway account, i use a landing page + ogads.
In order to participate people should enter to my landing and downloand one of the "sponsered apps" (content locker) that i have.
The giveaways are fake, always wins a ghost account or a friend of mine.

This can bring me any legal issues or problem?

If you are smart enough it will be ok. Just be careful that the accounts who win looks real

Yes, the FBI will knock on your door and arrest you for running a small giveaway scam.

Both promoting fake offers and promoting using blackhat methods to promote these offers can get you a fat fine.

Well if you be careful and don't do like 20 giveaways in 30days then you should be fine.

Do you mind asking how much you earn with all of this per month?

thx for answering! im not making any $$ yet (just a few cents) but that is because my ig account is rlly small.
