If I'm change HTTP to HTTPS , Is it effect my SEO ?

I don't know how to set 301 redirections, But I did the redirections using cPanel

Yup, lost rankings but if you keep building you should be set.

you are just doing fine.. i see proper canonical settings: each version of your site are properly redirecting with 301 status code to the ssl (www) version (including your internal pages) .. that's all, this will not affect your traffic and rank. Just tell google that your preferred version is the https by submitting a sitemap from webmaster tools (the ssl version) and wait - stop.
BTW.. yes, switching to ssl is a ranking factor (according to Google).

Sure, https is required factor now days. If your site dose not setup https then you can't rank on google.

Is this 301 redirection? I'm set redirection using cPanel

This is what happened to one of my sites right after switching from http to https:

Although I started receiving a bit of traffic on the https version, it is far from the traffic the http version received.

And of course, adsense earnings went down the drain.

I didn't tried this because I witnessed there are many savvy users who are just leaving a site if it sees its not secured with https.. So that's a must, and we need to find ways for faster recovery, if at all.

Do the right redirections 301 and everything should be back to normal in a few days or even weeks

Like other members suggested, it is because of the redirects that traffic is dropping. Just continue to improve your site, add more articles and you will see an improvement for that, and hopefully Google will also start recovering old rankings for your pages.

Can you please explain what 301 redirections and It can do using cPanel?

there is a slight increase in ranking eg from pos 9 to 8

before transferring HTTP to HTTPS if you change your back-links it may help you to rank well.
