If I'm change HTTP to HTTPS , Is it effect my SEO ?

I am not sure if your backlinks will still count if you switch from http to https

Not a certain amount of times can be said, can be days or couple weeks.

You can plan crawling from your Google analytics to speed it up.

Won't effect SEO

Doesn't matter for Google but as there are multiple search engines I would 301 everything.

well if you are 301 redirecting you will loose some juice which is 99% of the cases, because why to leave an http only for the SEO... Try to build some additional links to the new httpS

Does this really matter ?
What's your call on WWW to Non WWW ? Because i Don't even to check the HTTP or HTTPs of a website before deciding to pick up expired

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with this statement.

Some of staff from Google (Gary Ilyes), he said, "basically looking at the first five characters in front of the URL, and if it’s HTTPS and it managed to get in the search results and it will get a minimal boost.", on interview with SearchEngineLand, source: https://soundcloud.com/marketingland/marketing-land-live-31

If that statement isn't enough for you, then read this, https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2014/08/https-as-ranking-signal.html.

And for the 301 and 302 redirect, that Gary Ilyes, also said this on his twitter, https://twitter.com/methode/status/757923179641839616 (this one is from 2016, but he still answered "Yes" when somebody asked it again on 2017).

To answer OP's question: It depend from your site, on my experience usually less than 30 days. Just wait and see.

Yes, it will affect your rankings might you might recover completely and pretty quickly.

Usually it's best to do SSL right in the start

It is important thing that everybody should do. For a long time perspective. Don't doubt. Just do it!

One of my main sites was 301 redirected from HTTP to HTTPS and non www to HTTPS://www

It took us almost 6 months to fully recover to our previous rankings / traffic

This may well have been a worse case scenario for us, but be prepared to lose some rankings / traffic in the short term.

I did it. Now my site is not coming traffic from Google.

Have you set your sites default address to be https in webmaster tools? Are 301s set up properly?

I haven't had any negative side effects from switching clients to https. If anything, it has helped their rankings.

Likewise, check your analytics account and make sure it's set up for the secure variant. Assuming that's how you're gauging traffic coming into your site. Might just be a tracking issue...

I'm set to redirect it using cPanel.
