Be careful with that, you might easily get scammed. I personally would invest only in aged ecommerce sites with constant earnings. Even aged adsense sites/blog aren't safe these days as they used to be.

1. Dont Buy a Site, Invest in Building one just think of a good business plan and hire workers to enforce the idea.

If you buy a site for $15,000 it will normally be priced so the current owner receives profit for 2 years.
15000 / 24 = $625/month
That's how much it would be earning at usual pricing. If you know how to scale a site you can make a profit in a shorter time. However, do not spend that money on anything except an authority or ecommerce site. Microniche, adsense, ppd, content locking... That in my opinion is a very touchy market. A quality offering or product offering is what you want to have high retention.

Honestly if it could make my money back + profit on long term, i wouldn't really care how is monetized but i trust more in ecommercing
Yes thankyou for the warning , i know how the things goes on, i will only proceed in the investment only with trust members from very trusted sites and also i will be careful to have a plan B if smthg goes wrong

I would PERSONALLY find a site that is currently earning (weBrokr.com, Flippa.com as long as the seller has a STRONG record, etc)... Personally going for eCommerce sites as they are consistent earners. Something with proper SEO behind them already implemented--- So you can hire someone to manage the website and earn passive income, and a little extra investment to grow the site in SEO/PPC campaigns.

Do you due diligence when attempting to create or purchase any online income stream... It's not about how much you put in, it's about how much you get back... So if you are happy with the 'claimed income' and everything adds u and seems logical to you, then go ahead and pull the trigger
