ER: Very bad (1.07% — Should be at least 5.5%)
Avg. likes/post: 10
Avg. comments/post: 0
Avg. Video views/post: 34

Likes from followers vs non-followers: 96.8% vs 3.2% (Good)

Followers demographics
Gender (approximately):
51.8% — Male
48.2% — Female

Language:
98% — English

Followers types by Quality — Too many Massfollowers:
Real people — 11.6%
Massfollowers — 55.8%
Commercial accounts — 32.6%

Followers types by Reach — Poor:
Low reach accounts — 51%
Average reach— 31%
High reach — 18%

Followers without profile photo — 1% (Good)
Followers with private profiles — 18% (Average)

Conclusion:
I assume most of your followers were either purchased or received through “follow for follow” strategy which affected your overall ER a lot. There is no reason for me analyzing them further.

What can be improved right now:
1. Add Bio. Explain in 2-3 sentences what your account is about, what content you post and how people will benefit from following you. Right now there is a link which leads to a page with a word “Test” on it… Not acceptable!
2. Work on Engagement. There are hundreds of articles on Internet about how to increase ER.
3. Use hashtags. Define your niche and find 30-40 related hashtags, then use 5-10 different ones under your posts to increase reach.
4. Seems like your best strategy will be turning your offline customers into followers. So make sure they know about your presence on IG. Ask them to follow and offer something in return. It may be something simple but interesting. Examples: coupons that you post only on IG, news and announcements, life hacks related to your niche, tutorials, etc. Depends on your type of business of course.

I'm interested. Great

ER: Good (8.43% — Equal to Average for acc size)
Avg. likes/post: 58
Avg. comments/post: 5
Avg. Video views/post: 97

Likes from followers/non-followers:
Followers — 60.4%
Non-followers — 39.6%
Number of likes from non-followers is bigger than average for acc size, which looks slightly suspicious.

Comments from followers/non-followers/author:
Followers — 66.7%
Non-followers — 13.9%
Author — 19.4%
Normal for acc size

Followers demographics

Gender (approximately):
27.2% — Male
72.8% — Female

Language:
99% — English

Followers types by Quality:
Real people — 55.6%
Massfollowers — 44.4%
Too many Massfollowers. It affects your ER and Reach by a lot

Followers types by Reach:
Low — 65%
Average — 22%
High — 12%

Followers without profile photo — 0.7% (Perfect)
Followers with private profiles — 7.1% (Very good)

What can be improved right now:
1. Edit Bio. Description of your account is very short but not clear. Can be improved. Example: Follow us for ideas for improving your green home.
2. Lower the number of massfollowers among your followers.
3. Unfollow at least 300-400 accounts.

Conclusion:
Overall you have a good audience. Your problem is massfollowers — accounts that rarely or never engage with your posts. You also have too many followings which for some people will be a sign that you were doing massfollowing yourself.
Outside of that good job. Keep it up

46% — Female

Language:
English — 79.9%
Indonesian — 9.9%
Hausa — 3.7%
Arabic — 3%
Spanish — 3%
Other — 0.5%
It seems that most posts are written in Hindi. It looks a bit weird to me that followers, besides English, speak Indonesian, Hausa and Arabic.

Followers types by Quality:
Massfollowers — 62.5%
Real people — 20.4%
Suspicious — 9.1%
Commercial — 7.9%
Too many Massfollowers. Most likely purchased.

Followers types by Reach:
Low — 68%
Average — 25%
High — 7%
Those Massfollowers really affect the overall Reach

Followers without profile photo — 14.1% (Acceptable)
Followers with private profiles — 23.3% (Acceptable)

What can be improved right now:
1. Add proper name instead of a copy of your IG handle.
2. Add Bio. Instead of “Subscribe…” tell people what you do and why they should subscribe.
3. Work on the quality of your followers. Start by lowering the number of massfollowers among your followers to increase the overall ER.

ER: 0.48% — Very bad
According to the acc size normal ER would be around 2-2.5%, so aim this number

Avg. likes/post: 112 (Low)
Avg. comments/post: 0 (work on it)
Avg. Video views/post: 1,698 (Low)

Likes from followers/non-followers:
Followers — 97%
Non-followers — 3%
The ratio is good but there are too few likes to pay attention to these metrics at all

Comments from followers/non-followers/author:
Followers — 71.4%
Author — 28.6%
The ratio is acceptable but there are too few comments to pay attention to these metrics at all

Let’s look at followers to see what’s wrong with the Engagement

Followers demographics

Gender (approximately):
69.8% — Male
30.2% — Female

Language:
English — 63.7%
Spanish — 30.8%
Portuguese — 4.2%
Italian — 3.1%
Albanian — 1.7%

Followers types by Quality:
Massfollowers — 51%
Real people — 39.9%
Commercial — 7.9%
Obviously too many Massfollowers. You also have a good amount of Real followers. Potentially you can turn these 39.9% of Real followers into loyal customers that will engage with your posts and even spread a word about your IG account. It’s an asset that you should focus and work on.

Followers types by Reach:
Low — 63%
Average — 29%
High — 8%
As in previous audits, your Massfollowers affect your overall Reach

Followers by Countries:
Chile — 96.6%
Other — 3.4%

Followers by Cities:
Santiago — 10.3%
Viña del mar — 3.4%
Maipú — 3.4%
Puente Alto — 3.3%
Las Condes — 3.1%
Santiago Metropolitan Region — 3%
La Florida — 2.8%

Followers without profile photo — 2% (Good)
Followers with private profiles — 61.56% (Suspicious)

What can be improved right now:
1. Bio is OK, but can be improved. You give up too much space for phone numbers and address (and also duplicate them under your posts…). When did you order food from Instagram last time? If that happens, it happens rarely. This space can be used to draw more followers by telling them how following you will benefit them.
2. Your posts look like cheap advertisements on TV, which explains the low ER. You are trying to run your IG by creating instant desire hoping that when your followers see your posts it will make them order from you or come to your place. It’s not gonna work. Unfortunately, if your ER is low, your followers won’t even see your posts (hello Instagram algorithms). But it seems like your clients love your place and your food. You just need to find a way to increase their interest in your IG content. One of the ways to do so is by adding Promocodes, small games (ex. Trivia), giveaways, surveys, etc. Stop directly promoting your product and start focusing on making your IG account interesting and useful for your clients. Think about your IG as if it was your restaurant where all your clients gathered at once. They know your food is good, now make sure they are having a good time.
3. Lower the number of massfollowers among your followers to increase overall ER.
4. Finish styling your highlights.

Hi! Nice job! Will they have the intagram email to recover an account?

recover from what?
I'm from Chile! I have an animal foundation dedicated to the rescue of dogs in our town. "Fundacion Animal Chile" A few weeks ago we lost access to our instragram account and the account user was changed to "mami38kx" I have tried to communicate with instragram to verify the identity and be able to recover the account. If you can help me contact or someone to verify the validity of the data.
