I don't know how people can say they can do it with so little information...

Do you own the forum, if so there's probably an built-in tool to download all the emails.
If you don't how do these people know emails are publicly available to scrape?

Well we say yeah with knowing a lot , becouse its not so difficult as you imagine . Its easy to gain some millions of emails .
What you can do with them after that is another problem ..
