I Need help with instagram pls

i think i opened a lot of pages with same device same IP, now i just use 3 pages 2 of them were model pages that i switched to memes so engagement dropped, and one of them is a fitness meme page that i did no follow/unfollow or anything bad but its shadow banned as engagement is very random and often times terrible.(i still hit explore i got 5k impressions of explore accouple of days ago but sometimes i post and i get very good likes to views ratio but it just stops at 1k or 2k views. i have 16k followers for a reference)
i have 2 other fake girl pages that i am growing that i plan to use in cpa.
but the low engagement is really killing my motivation, sometimes i think of getting a new device new phone and start from scratch or i should stick with these pages until the shadow ban is lifted ?
is it possible that my ip is flagged and the pages are dead forever ?

Somehow you have the questions and the answers mixed up, you already know what you need to do but want someone else to infer either a solution or tell you just do it.

Not at all i just hoped for someone to have experience with this and to tell me if an IP shadowban would resolve itself with time or not ?

I'd create new accounts paying more attention to not leave finger prints during creation and use the existing ones to cross promote the new ones.

Yes, it is very much possible since you yourself mentioned to have exceeded the limit. A shadow ban usually lifts within 2 weeks so you can wait till then just to be sure; Otherwise, you would need to create new ones with a different IP addresses to avoid flagging in the first place.
