I need help in advertise for hookah

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anybody could give some ideas on how to advertise for hookah shop, I tried Facebook but it's telling me you can't use facebook for selling any smoking products, any ideas on how to bypass that will be great for me.

I can advertise your shop using video ads, our publishers users are mostly make around 18 to 40 years old.
