    I need to know what is the best for opening a website?

    - shopiing cart;
    - wordpress;
    - or.....

    Wordpress is probably your best option. Simple to setup and easy to use. A number of shopping carts are also available for it as well.

    If you have hosting and domain then go with Wordpress , if not then go with Blogger .

    You first need to have an idea of what kind of way you want to go. But generally speaking, always stick with Wordpress. It is easy to set up, easy to maintain and super easy to add content.

    Well, really depends on the site you want to create. For a big online shop I would not select wordpress. Luckily there are tons of open source platforms available. E.g. OpenCart.

    But for simple content definitely wordpress - easy to set up and tons of themes and plugins available.
