This might be unusual as a review site is generally used to promote or somehow evaluate a product ... generally one would be targeting making sales here, but you have implemented an ad-revenue monetization model. It can work if your niche is high paying and has low competition, but this is unlikely.

Generally having ads on a review site is an indication of minimal online experience and hoping that its just that easy to make money. It's really not that easy. There definitely are niches where it can work fine, but I just think it's unlikely you are in those niches, and/or that your site(s) is ranking in those niches.

I'm sure you can find plenty of models and methods or even solid business ideas if you rummage the board.

Nobody is going to coach you because we don't allow that here nor is it generally a wise investment of your time or money to seek guidance from sharks. One thing to do though that is pretty easy and quick is to more appropriately target your review website to a sales based offer - even if it is as an affiliate. You should probably be squeezing leads, and emailing back to them as well.

I think you might also consider just shelving that project for awhile or letting it run on auto-pilot the way it is - and re-envision it altogether, or design and implement 1 or 2 other models or methods so you have a larger base of experience.

Glad you've take some positive action to build your business. Now you just need to keep the train moving, but be sure you are squarely focused on revenue earning ventures.
