Yes bro I think too. And I do a lot of overthinking; I'm angry at myself for having such 'problems' but yeah, sometimes I feel like shit and depressed. Really tho.
That's why volunteer work might help you change your perspective at your life a little bit.
And pay attention to all the things are all around you, on tv and the internet, when you are outside, think about what you always wanted to do or learn. Maybe something will inspire you, give you that boost of energy, you will find something you would like to explore more.
For example, I always love art but chose a completely different path, was studying and working in a more analytic field. Lately, I discovered on Udemy course about the history of art, I bought it and I really enjoy it. I'm doing this just for myself, just for fun.
Maybe inspiration wouldn't come to you immediately, so don't give up, just relax, and don't focus so much on the outcome. Practice gratitude more and go with the flow
