Right now it sounds you have a little winter depression. I’d suggest checking your eating habits and make sure you eat as healthy as possible. Also, I’d suggest taking some vitamins and minerals to support your body and mind. Magnesium does wonders for me. Working out is great, it helps to reduce stress.
About money, do you have some kind of income goal that you would like to reach? Working from home or owning a business is not for everyone and you may be feeling it’s effects as well. Try thinking about what you want and set yourself few goals. 9-5 doesn’t have to be as horrible as everyone suggests. There are tons of people out there who work 9-5 and are actually happy with their life. So I’d suggest you explore that area as well. For your SEO stuff, just hire a va who takes care of things.
Yes Its something like depression. Ive had it mostly in winter, since i started my college. I had lessons 2-3 times a week and then free time. It was killing me. No job, staying at home. Only working out, dating with my gf, hooking up with friends. Making music also. But as I stayed in home for a bigger part of a day, I was getting lazy, unmotivated and depressed
All my college looked like this. It was 6 years. I graduated last year. And now - Im still at home cuz im working home.
Dont get me wrong. Im just looking for advice and well to be honest - a little help. Maybe some of your advices will spark this idea I really need now.
Trust me that I know that im lucky af - but you cant control your feelings. And that I know that im lucky, and I stay in home instead or doing SOMETHING, was killing me and making even more depressed.
But I was always active - workout everyday, or 5 days in week at least. Meeting with friends. Reading. Doing my hobbies.
BUT when you stay at home too much - you have no motivation to do these things I mentioned above. You just hate looking at screen so you wont be productive. S
Waking up at 10 and exhausted. As i said Im working out, i eat well, i really care about my physic-body side. I think I just have to change something with mind side.
Plus I used to smoke marijuana for all these years. Not every day, but usually 2 times a week. Sometimes more often, sometimes less. But still.
And when its summer I always got this summer job; I stand up at 7 am, go sleep late, all day outside doing physical job and man - Ive got TONS more energy than now staying at home !
I just need something like this - be few hours outside, doing something cool with cool people..
I believe someone of you will eventually give me this idea!
Thank you guys. You are really helpful. I was appreciating my situation and now I do even more. Plus I feel better that I wrote about these things...kinda like I had to tell it to someone and be listened to.
But as I said - you can 'have everything' and still...feel like you dont want to live anymore (sic).
