I have too much spare time

I can borrow you my kid for a day and at the end of the day your problem will solve itself :D you will appreciate that you have spare time :D

Yes bro I think too. And I do a lot of overthinking; I'm angry at myself for having such 'problems' but yeah, sometimes I feel like shit and depressed. Really tho.

That's why volunteer work might help you change your perspective at your life a little bit.

And pay attention to all the things are all around you, on tv and the internet, when you are outside, think about what you always wanted to do or learn. Maybe something will inspire you, give you that boost of energy, you will find something you would like to explore more.

For example, I always love art but chose a completely different path, was studying and working in a more analytic field. Lately, I discovered on Udemy course about the history of art, I bought it and I really enjoy it. I'm doing this just for myself, just for fun.

Maybe inspiration wouldn't come to you immediately, so don't give up, just relax, and don't focus so much on the outcome. Practice gratitude more and go with the flow :D

you have enough money + you're learning languages
so why not go to some language center and learn it with other people, more fun

I have a similar situation like you. I have 2 part time jobs (one is a Judo/BJJ instructor , twice a week) only because I like it, I don't need either of them, but it puts my life in order.
My morning job is 11 to 3 just so that I have health insuramce and because I really like working here.

The problem is between 8-11 in the morning. My fiancee is a teacher so she has to be up at her job at 8 so we wake up at around 7:30
Here's my solution:

I bought a house last year that was semi-complete. Every morning I'd wake up and work on the house.
Paint, put laminate flooring, electrical stuff, some stucco work, insulation on the roof, gardening (installed the automatic watering system myself and planted the lawn, all done manually) .
I probably saved more than 20.000 eur doing all the work myself. Now, I want to put stone covering on my garden walls and my fireplace. I'll get a craftsman to do the fireplace but the garden I'll do it myself.
In April I'm completing a transaction and getting a 2nd property to rent very close to where I live. It's in a similar condition. It hasn't got windows, needs stucco/painting, also needs a kitchen and some work on the roof. Except for the kitchen which will be installed by a carpenter, some little electical work, windows and doors, and the electrical appliances, the rest I'll do myself.

Now that it's the winter I don't really do it, but in 1-2 months when the weather will be better I'll pick it up again for the new house.

My point:
You already have your hobbies and education sorted. Find something that makes money and it's challenging. It's a great motive to wake up in the morning.

When the house was a mess I was super motivated to wake up every morning. Now that it's 98% complete I don't really care........ HOWEVER, once I have the contracts for the new house completed and the weather will be good, I know I'll wake up every morning all chuffed.

Same here. Except for the kitchen. You need to make a kitchen yourself from IKEA!

Sounds to me like you need a therapist. Book a slot 8-9 every day and you'll have a reason to get up and then they'll help you see purpose in your day.

Other option is to bang out a couple of kids with your GF (or someone else) and then you'll both have a sense of purpose and no time to think about anything.

become my virtual assistant... i have lots of work to do bit not enough time :D

Man I wish I had spare time. Hike long walks, walk up to the waterline, have a beer.

Wait I do have time for that!

What is your 11-3 job??

What's your online job ? You never spend time and earn somewhow ?

I had the same problem before and a co-working space was the solution for me.

My problem is that I don't like waking up at 8 am for example and then working on the laptop after having breakfast immediately. My mind doesn't feel so sharp and motivated early in the morning in the home.

What I have been doing and working so well so far is having breakfast and then heading to the co-working space from 10 to 3 or something like that after that I go to the GYM and then back to home and continue working if needed for some more hours.

That's how I keep myself busy and do all the required work I have to.
