I got hacked, need help. Please

HI.

My 320k subscriber's youtube channel got hacked.
They did some cryptocurrency live streaming then completely deleted my channel.

I recovered my Gmail account (the google accounts team helped me) and I checked account activity and its looks like hackers used my laptop to change the account password, phone number 2FA, and recovery email, I have no idea how they did it. Can you please give some suggestions on what steps should I take to be secure? I had 2SA enabled.
I completely reinstalled windows on my laptop but still, I am really afraid. please please give some suggestions.

They also accessed my paypal, facebook and twitter account but those accounts instantly got locked for unusual activity. But i never expected this from google.

I never share my youtube login email with anyone. I use a different email for sponsorship but still how they hacked my account...

Not sure what do you expect from us.
We can't undid the damage that was already done.
If you are afraid of being hacked again.
1. Don't click random links, even if it looks super legit
2. Don't download random shit you don't need or from unsafe sources
3. Use 2FA always, and don't store your recovery codes on your PC

Not sure how this is "google's fault", if they accessed all your accounts, it simply means you were hacked. The fault lies with you, not google.
You should go recover your accounts and salvage what you have left by doing the following
1. Reinstall Windows (you already did that great)
2. Run antivirus scan a few times
3. Change ALL your Passwords and set up new 2FAs
4. You have an online storage, delete everything there too if it's not important, incase it's also infected
 
Check the files you have recently installed on your computer (remove any cracked applications) + use antivirus + reset your modem device (use new interface and wifi password) + surf secure websites.

Hacker ran crypto double scam on your youtube channel and youtube might have deleted the channel because it was running crypto scam.

Don't sleep on Eset premium. You can buy the premium license for like $5/year on g2a/ebay and when I played hacker years ago, this was always the hardest to fool for me and always the first to discover the viruses I obfuscated. I always use this since then
 
Bro, you've done something for sure!

And you should go back and try to understand what it was.


If you are sharing Wifi with family members, make sure to check if they did something as well.
 
Sad to hear this, It was not easy to predict how they are stealing your information, But most people not aware of using Public Wi-fi networks, Checking their Bank details and Personal information Via These networks.

It's an easy way to hackers entered your system, So Protect your system with Effective Anti-virus software, and download apps & other information in the trusted sources,

You can understand some general signs of your Computer for whether your System is Hacked or not.

Unwanted Browser redirect, Fake Antivirus Messages & Phishing Email, etc. if you feel any one these warning signs. You must take to immediate action to secure your system.

Make sure no third-party apps have rights to your accounts that you haven’t given permission. Check your email if they registered other accounts with your email.

And most importantly

Get a Mac
 
If you have reinstalled Windows it should be fine unless they are a smart hacker.

Next step change all your passwords.

Check your phone case that's being hacked as well .

Google Extensions do get hacked fairly often so if you had any bad or one which got hacked that was possibly connected to what happened to you .

Played hacker ? Didn't know hacking was a role.
 
Hmm, it's really hard to believe you've done nothing and "hackers" choose your YT channel randomly...

There must be some weird history behind all.

I'm not saying it's impossible, it is just weird.

Anyway, I hope you get it back somehow.

Afterthat run Microsoft Process Explorer and activate Virus Total and check if any Trojan horse is runing in real time as process

Malwarebytes and windows defender is enough. These days is hard as f*** to get fud runtime on these 2.
It would be best if you were careful what you are downloading ofc.
