Good day everybody,

I am looking for a program which I can send bulk e-mail lists with (like sendblaster). I need to be able to send the mail with SMTP server.
I am looking for a program with the following two options:
-Letter rotation (multiple letters rotating on the sending list)
-SMTP rotation (multiple rotating SMTP's while sending the list)

If anybody knows or build such a program, please let me know.

Is Mailchimp works for you as per your requirements with Server related?

because I don't know if Mailchimp works for this option too. so let me know if this suits you or not.
 
mumara have an option of spin email content and for smtp rotation, iresponsev4 is a good one to look for, i have mumara but you should know how to configure it on a vps is a php script

Atomic Sender. ( 7 Days Trial ) - You can reset trial again on reinstall of OS

I think the majority of the programs if they don't support full rotation you'll find that they support using spintax.
 
As my working experience, two software can meet your inquiry.
1. Atomic email sender: This is best for use, rotating SMTP, good inbox rating.
2.1and1 mail: This is good on rotating SMTP sender. Free version support 1 smpt only,but no limited on email couting.

SMTP services have limitations. Why don't you try VPS for bulk emailing. Through VPS you can send 100 times more emails than SMTP.
Try emaillistusa dot com for more targeted lists.

Most vps out there still land your mail in spam. It all balls down to your domain reputation and VPS ISP trust score in which majority of VPS provider doesn't have
