I am having major problem with plugin on wordpress HELP!!

Hi all I recently started using wordpress installed on my localhost using wamp. I am trying to install wp-pagenavi and wp-postviewer plugins, However I keep getting error message check image.

What do I do?
I have also tried the other way of pasting the file to wp-content\plugins that didn't work either.
Someone HELP.

Download both the plugins from the Wordpress depot.
Extract the archive contents to the wp-content/plugins folder
Activate the plugins through WP Dashboard.

WP Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed -> Activate
