I am looking for a tool that will help everyone with a Google Penalty. It will do the following.

1.Go through a list of links
2.Check the last crawl date of the page on webcache.googleusercontent
3.Perform some actions that will get the page re-crawled as quick as possible.

Reason: The list of links will be a version of the disavow file, once Google has recrawled the pages that you have disavowed your SERPS results start to return.
The biggest delay in recovery for everyone right now is waiting for Googlebot to re-crawl all the pages to take in to account that you have disavowed them.
Understanding what percentage of pages have not been re-crawled yet will be a great indicator on how far you are away from recovery.
This tool would go viral and could be sold quickly and for good money. Or you can put 2 fingers up at Google and hand it out for free!

A facebook bot in general. Post in groups, account creator, friend request accept-er, scheduled status updates maybe? I don't know lol
This is a bit much for free I know but just a few ideas...
