Thank you but doesn't work for me, it keeps me saying that I have to install Telerik Common 2013.0.1016.40 but it's not a free tool.

'System.Runtime.ComplierServices.IAsyncStateMachine' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0,

Also, do you know where can i find a BIG proxy list?

You need to install .NET Framework 4.0 full version (Not client installation).
