Baiclly I wan't to create a html code so that when one clicks on the url page 1st it will take them to twitter account then from their in couple of seconds send them to money site or ppc site. Basically I want to fake the referrals so that it will show the referrals coming from my twitter account.... i tried redirecting but its not the same. I need them to go to twitter 1st then from their go to ppc link.

I don't think this is possible, as you will have to have the code with-in Twitter for it to re-direct from TWITTER. Once it leaves your page, you have no direct control over it.

I don't want them to redirect from Twitter. If I have a Link and someone clicks on it... I want them to go to two sites one after the other. I Know the HTML to send them to multiple sites at once. But I want them to Go to one URL at a time in a sequence .... basically I want to fake the Referral and make it seem like its from my twitter account....

If you figure out how to do that forget about your initial plan, you would be a milionaire just by figuring that out.

It's impossible mate. For security reasons. That would be cross-domain scripting (XSS) and would only work if Twitter had security problems to allow for it, which probably it doesn't.
