What would you do, step by step, to start from zero and proceed to building your own corp business and company?

It doesn't matter what niche you are in. What were the steps you followed to have your own well established company, or what would be the steps you'd follow to achieve that, in case you are still not there?

    Examples welcomed!

Do you mean legally-wise or brand-wise?

Brand wise. Going from zero to becoming something big.

Legally wise is common knowledge (at least I hope).

Decide what state your going to INC.. in Does not have to be your home state. States have diff. requirements and fees. My state charges 300 a yr. jus for the priveledge of filing my corp taxes. Its a rip off but i wanted it here because im building my corporate credit. You have to decide that also. What are your plans? Think ahead a "C" corp is the best for developing your corp credit llc and S corp not good for that. Also when you do it use an address not your home address. And remember this your taxed twice if your a C corp. on any profits but the way i see it if you have a goos acct. and write offs taxes shouldent be an issue and you can become a S corp after you get the corp credit. Good luck

If you're talking about incorporating there are only two steps:
    (1) Research. Research where to inc based on your legal, tax, credit and banking requirements. Some states/countries provide different privacy, anonymity, and/or legal protection benefits. Some states/countries have different requirements for establishing a local bank account. If you need to start a credit line, you need an office that can receive phonecalls and mail and it often needs to be in the same location where you inc'd. You might consider buying a shelf company and/or company with credit and/or a company with an established account.
    (2) Incorporate
As far as brand building, that's an entire industry all to itself.
Edit: Sorry, I started this post a long time ago, went afk, came back and posted without seeing that you were going for brand building. My bad.

Inc is the first step, also get private domain registration (obvious) and a PO Box.

Separate it all from you as a person as much as you can - for legal, tax, and personal reasons

Hopefully you chose a good brand, because from there you have to use your marketing tactics and skills. Really depends on the Brand. If its controversial, could catch on right away, if its a new version of a new product, youll need more money to enter the market.

Remember simple economics for buidling your inc and brand:

New niche altogether = cheapest option (on relative scale) for you to enter

More saturated the niche the more expensive it is to get into

Brain storm some ideas, if you haven't already, or just go to the gym and let one come to you. You'll know how to build your brand if you have the right idea that fits you

AND DO IT!There is nothing that feels as good as spending tax free money and writing it off come tax season as an "entertainment" expenditure. :)

One thing to add when you get your P.O. box make sure that its a box that looks like a normal address. example you don't want a
    your inc name
    P.O. Box 38475
    your state zip etc.

You want one that has a number attached like this:
    your inc. name
    123 anywhere st #425
    anytown, anywhere 90210

The difference is the #425 and it wont come up as a p. o. box but will be seen as an actual building with offices etc.
    D&B don't like P.O. Boxes
