How to Switch from Blogger Template to WordPress theme

I have one blogger template and i want to convert this Template in to WordPress theme because currently i am running WordPress site and WordPress does not support blogger Template Please some one let me know is there any way to convert it in to WordPress theme.

I think you have to code a WordPress theme based on the blogger theme you like.
