best way is to pick a very controversial subject and then spam ***** with your link and thread, it will get lots of traffic easy

Pick a topic you are interested in and just start writing. You could start off by reading other articles on the topic and then develop some ideas on your own. Moving forward, you should just find a topic and research on it before you write it out. Pay extra attention to making sure your works are engaging and interesting otherwise you won't have a lot of readers.
