You can do this for many keywords and sites if you had Market Samurai which has a feature called Rank Tracker. It will track where you are ranking for a keyword on Yahoo and Bing as well. Beats all the manual stuff.

I think SEO Elite has a feature that will allow you to do this but not very sure....
