How to Run Facebook Ads with Multiple Linked Instagram Accounts ?

Hi Everyone,
I'm running 10 instagram accounts via followlike on a VPS, oviously I have one proxy for each account.
The point is, I want to create 10 facebook fanpage, for each instagram accounts, and link them like this :
Instaccount 1 -> Page1
Instaccount 2 -> Page2
... etc

What I want is Running facebook ads, but the problem is that if I create 10 fanpage with the same Facebook Account, and link them to Instagram, Instagram will Ban my accounts because they are not "unique"...
The other option could be creating one Facebook Account for each Facebook Page and each Instagram Account, but I think I can't add the same payment method for every account ... facebook will flag me again and I will loose my Facebook and Instagram accounts ...

I don't know how to do that, and I'm asking the Community for Help.
Please, do you have any suggestion ?

Why you can't manage multi accounts ? Why Instagram will ban you ?

Because Instagram starts rolling up multiple account support on Android (check google) and in the future on the Iphone.
