Hi! Well, AdCombo can provide you a landing archive, so that you can place it on your hosting and make any changes you consider necessary.
Of all that Facebook don't like definitely - photos before and after, phrases like - "result guaranteed" and so on. We make whitened landings for some offers to avoid it.

If I understand your question correctly, you should add an action to your FB pixel - Purchase or Lead - and add it in AdCombo to Pixel Code string or to FB ID string
