How to remove unwanted results from SERPs?

we have a customer who wants to remove a website from the search engine results page.

the webpage is wordpress blog that has a bad article and comments about the customer. and comes 2nd place when we search for customers name and surname...

customers official personal blog comes in the first place...

How is this possible? what can we do to move it to second page or so?

that's your website or belongs to someone else?

or you could just ask them.. don't talk like that and to remove that post

thats not our website... its about an ongoing case... wp blog... the name occurs one time in the blog but its 2nd place...

i will open a lot of blogs for the name and surname... i am searching for wordpress MU lists now... that will help imo...

19 web 2.0 blogs opened for the name and surname... we are trying to gain 1st page places with this blogs now... some of them indexed first day...

Ah just backlink a bunch of porn sites to the site you want to sink. Done.

Or...

create 7 .info websites

name them random things

set up wordpress blogs on them

make the website title your customers name

and than just run all the websites through senuke profile nuke with all 7 websites having your customers name as anchor text

dont ask me how i know

much easier way is if you have Xrumer do a RIDICULOUSLY obvious and blatantly too far use of the product on that website. Xrumer 24/7 on that site until google deindexes it for cheating.

This can go terribly wrong moving the bad result to #1.

mass building of xrumer is only going to give them a search lift, very small chance this would work for your purposes.

Instead, get a backlink report of your competitor
Go after sites that are easy to remove their backlinks from, or better said, push them off the high ranking backlink page

Ex.
if its a wiki link, delete it.
If its in a directory, add enough urls where they are no longer on that page
wordpress comments - add enough comments to get that link off the page

Yes its manual, but will help push their results down.
If they are on page one of google rank 6, you'll be able to push them down to page 2.

you can use paramenter handling tools to block that page from SERPs....
