How to register app for instagram API without website?

Hello guys,
Sorry for being a noob with IG api.
I need to register an app with instagram API,
But when i try to do so it asks for website url, privacy page etc... I don't have website to register with. Actually i am trying to develop an android app to automate few functions. Is it possible or not?
