In my experience many of new or little old member offering me in PM (Personal Message) for their various product. They are not Jr. VIP and not also market place seller. I guess they are also sending PM of our regular buyer or when a new buyer comments in our BST they are also sending them PM. For this reason we are the market place seller, day by day losing our buyers. Have any solution for those scammer ?

So you no like my love solution?

Edit:
Jokes aside, I believe BHW 2.0 Will be a big improvement to help the marketplace / etc

How many of these PMs have you reported?

These members don’t last long, because mods are able to see our messages and many times before I can report they’re either banner or messsge is removed. But as others said reporting them is a good option.

I think 2-3 times i have reported but most of the time their are knocking via Skype and Email, that time i cant identify their ID in BHW. We are the seller can report but when a new buyer asking any question about our product in BST that time those people also sending PM their offer. This is the main fact in this time.

To be honest only certain staff have access to PMs. Those that do have other things to do than read peoples PMs, which is why the onus is on members to report people trying to sell / offer services who are not entitled to do so.

Where you see someone banned before you have reported them, most likely means they have targeted you to sell to and others, and thankfully someone else did report them.

What is disappointing though is when we have a scammer reported, we check their PMs to find people who have been proactively engaging and asking for more details, prices etc.

The majority of Shitlists would be avoided if people did not buyer from non upgraded members and instead reported them.

How could they get your email?
I've never had a pm like that, for sure I will report if there's any.

What you do via Skype and email isn't related to BHW. You choose to advertise your details openly.

If it's a fact, then report it. You're clearly aware of it so there are no excuses for not reporting it.

You have 3 BSTs and there have been virtually no posts by members in the last 5 months. So I'm not entirely sure about the questions you are referring to.

Probably we can device a strategy like the following message shows :

The majority of Shitlists would be avoided if people did not buyer from non upgraded members and instead reported them.

when a member replies to a PM sent by another Non-Upgraded member.

For example

If member1 own a marketplace thread

when member2 comments on a Marketplace thread, that he/she/they are interested in their service.

And member3 (who is not an Upgraded member) PMs member2 offering a service

Then when member2 receives the PM, the above message could be indicated when responding to member3

Such that the member2 is aware of the situation and handles things with care.

Incase keeping track of the Marketplace commenters is an issue, the Message could be displayed when ANY non-upgraded member PMs another member.

This way, we could pre-warn and possibly stop any scams that might occur, and the member2 cant say they weren't warned about this such a scenario. As most victims are unaware of the current shitlist situation.

So, thats just my idea :)

I thins is an solution, I requested all of BHW member please comment your best solution, Because we need to Quite those scammer.

Realistically, it's just what @MisterF said. If someone PMs you offering a service that you haven't requested, report them. If they're not allowed to sell on the forum then they should be reported for doing so. I'm not sure of what BHW's official views on unsolicited messages for selling.

As far Skype or other methods. If you've put your details on the Internet you're going to end up getting contacted and that's not something BHW has any responsibility for. I remember having someone phone me years ago as they found my home phone number on my WHOIS info. That's my fault not BHWs (obvious exaggeration to make a point).

The closest we could do otherwise would be to change the code for the forum (which is a product that BHW has purchased) so that when a user who is not allowed to sell on the forum messages someone for the first time the forum shows a little banner above the message reminding the receiver that selling should only happen through authorised means and those not following the rules should be reported. This would come up on unrelated messages and would eventually lead to people ignoring the banner but that's the best you could possibly get.

Lol... Many of you scam rest of the internet with your money making methods like drop-shipping, boting etc. So expect some to come back at you.
