After Meta's recent algorithm updates, the number of bans has noticeably increased — especially when launching ads from new accounts or linking cards. But with a well-structured approach, most risks can be minimized right from the start.

1️ Single GEO – the key to trust

Your entire setup should be unified under one GEO:

Ad account,

Bank card,

Proxy.

The most trustworthy configuration is typically set up under USA.
This reduces the system's suspicion and allows for more stable launches.

2️ High-quality, premium proxies

Bad proxies are one of the most common causes of Risk Payment. Follow these guidelines:

➖ Use IP Quality Score to check the IP before launching;
➖ Avoid cheap options, especially shared IPs across multiple accounts;
➖ Prefer residential proxies with a high trust level.

A cheap proxy might save you $10–20, but could cost you a trusted account with solid spend and a well-trained pixel.

3️ Card linking: use a boost strategy with a pause

Before linking a card:

➖ Let the account rest for 24 hours after creation;
➖ Use the boost post method – run a simple post for $2/day;
➖ Don’t link the card right away — wait until the account shows some light activity.

This approach lowers the chance of a Risk Payment flag when linking a card.

❗️If the risk already hit – there's a Plan B

Here’s an old but effective trick:

➖ Go to Ads Manager → Settings;
➖ Click “Deactivate Ad Account”;
➖ Facebook will automatically create a new account;
➖ You’ll get a second chance to link your card without triggering the risk again.

The information is quite reasonable, especially the part about suspending the account before tagging. But if using a premium proxy and still getting scanned for payment, what should I do next?

Give new accounts time to breathe before linking cards, a solid setup and a little patience make a huge difference.

Currently with the initial threshold of a new account, holding is often almost default, however when the account has stable spending it will disappear by itself.

i did also applied but the account is still banned i still haven't found any effective way can you show me

Facebook is a complex platform with constantly changing rules and algorithms, so even if you try to comply, you can still lose your account at any time.

Facebook can be very difficult for newbies now so the above content can really help you try to read carefully and check all your setup, I believe you will find something to improve your setup and deploy the campaign. Using clean setup is the first priority you can use your own facebook account that has been used for a long time to be able to understand best how a strong account works

Facebook is getting more and more unpredictable and payment errors are happening more and more often. Changing new cards constantly is not the only way to change and fix errors.

FB is a pretty complicated platform. Even if you try to follow FB's rules, your account can still be blocked at any time.

Thanks for your valuable sharing. I will apply it and hope the result will be good. Do you see that accounts disabled due to risk payment have a very low chance of successful appeal?

depending on different cases. i usually let the account rest for at least 24 hours then i add payment method. very good

Always start with low spends and work your way up. This helps the account gradually build trust without triggering red flags. With new accounts, patience is essential!

Facebook is a multi-layered platform. Even if you try your best to follow their rules, there is always the risk of your account being suspended at any time. It is worth learning more every day to combat this.
