How To Rank So Many Products With Low Competitions

Before asking anything let me tell you about my product and plan.

It's actually low competition education guides/courses/files/documents which is in bulk quantity and only searched by students and they pay to buy them.

Now, I want to ask some SEO gurus how should I take it to next level since I have started private tutoring/online class completion services with small tutoring team.

There's a huge money in this specific niche and I'm also looking for legit and trusted partner with divine SEO knowledge.

Q's are:

1) Should I make SILO site? if yes then how?
2) Should I buy any expired domain with good metrics to rank fast or a new fresh domain would work same because of low competition?
3) As I said I have products in bulk and atm 40% of them showing top on the google rest what should be the strategy to rank them through new domain?
4) Which SEO service in @BHW would be better for this kind of niche?
5) How Should I take start? by adding products slowly or all products can be added quickly?

2 yes .. a good one never spammed
5 you can add fast ... but add more over the time to keep your page active is better
