1. If your keywords has no competition or look for terms with zero competition and you will be ranked fast.

2. If you have a network all setup for your niche then you will be ranking faster than you ever thought.

Any other method you want to consider has no guarantee or maybe you want to try the churn and burn,
some say it works but i still don't believe.

but first of all yu need to be good at PR and create an exellent marketing strategy

You cannot get stable ranking in any of the methods. Methods are changing all the time, so check that your method is still being practiced and its efficiency in ranking a site. Once your method gets saturated, find out another one and stick with it. This is what all of us do in SEO.

Buy niche backlinks and after 3-4 weeks the site will be OK!
 
Remember, Fast methods are many, but most of then are unnatural. I always suggest you to go with natural ways which are providing your site quality juice for the last longer, but takes more time.
