The way to attract traffic depends on the bot's theme

- Ad buying
Illegal and cheap:
- Autoposting to chat rooms
- Commenting with ChatGpt
Illegal and expensive:
- Spamming
- Invitations to chat, with further advertising of the bot

If the bot code is yours, my approach your be, create a few bots in telegram, use your code in all of them and rank those bots in Telegram, you will get passive traffic from there.
If you don't like that one, you may try promoting it through DMs or your own channel that you can fill with adding people.
Or you can get traffic outsource from other social networks as other members has suggested.
If you plan to try ADs I would wait until the new release of Telegram ADs goes out, way better targeting and will be able to target all channels. Or you can just pay regular ADs in others people bots.
