How to post on facebook groups

Facebook still the most powerful traffic source and social media that we all know. There are so many Facebook groups and most of them don't allow posts without admin or moderator approval. Then how to post those groups?
This is my first post in BHW and any help is appreciated.
 
Advertise on BHW
Become a member of those groups and wait for the admins to approve your post. If you want to hack-post the group, say good-bye to the idea LMFAO

depends on ur strategy. i mean, you using an program to run multiple facebook accounts or manually doing it? either way, if its manual posting to a group, move on to another group. i use a program to join multiple groups at intervals, and then post at different intervals. some work some dont.
 
Comment on popular posts in the group.

I posted normal post (no promotion) just for the test but they didn't approve it. I tried on several groups, no result.

In my case, no groups works. Is there any way or loophole that I can post without admin approval. Also, I see many new member's post approved but why not mine?
 
Depends what you want to achieve, depends your product, you can also try to contact all the spammers, if you have a legit preposition, I use groups also to promote youtube videos, that i share first in the same niche Facebook page of mine, mostly is for SEO purpose, but with good text copy it works, but you need always to provide value, instead selling, results depends on how you craft your post
