How to optimize youtube channel for more video views?

I created an educational channel for SEO's on youtube and wondering if I can hit 20,000 views before the end of March. Any tips on how I can optimize my channel or if there are some free tools I can use to gain youtube views.

I forgot to include that I've already done the following:
Optimizing keywords for each videos 15-20 tags/each
Including keywords on the video and description
Including keywords on the title of the video
Creating a thumbnail that is different from my competitors
Optimized URL by getting 100 subscriptions and changing my URL to my brand name
Optimizing header with social media logos that redirects to each sites
Completing my profile description

I really need a push on my youtube channel to reach more people and get more views.
