I am working with ExoClick and a blogger site. I have only two ads, a native ad, and an instant message. So, is there any way to optimize ad placement for more clicks and thus more revenue.

You should try adding two more banners somewhere. Maybe add the banner closer to the content.

Im in the same boat but my problem is CPM values, i was getting 1$-1.2$/CPM (adsterra) and now im getting 0.20$/CPM.
Im working with adsterra + exoclick.
Personally i dont like popup\popunder ads and increase the bounce rate, im using social bar (instant message), native ads and interstitial desktop.
What's the best ad placement?
