How to monetize using instagram accounts.

Hello I have a couple accounts with a pretty good amount of followers and engagement, but I am having trouble thinking of ways to monetize them without losing followers or engagement. I know shout outs would be possible but they will make my engagement drop. If anyone could give me some potential ways to monetize my accounts and keep engagement the same it would be really helpful!
