How to message multiple group admins without getting banned?

Hello, I'm new here. I need to send messages to FB group admins (100+) for marketing purpose, (not all at the same time) but how do I do it without getting banned for spamming? I do have a Fake account (1year + old) and a VPN, any other tools or tips would be really useful! Thank you
