How to make stealth accounts the EASY way (step by step)

Hi, what are good ways to change my IP? All the ways I looked into are no use for ebay. I live in the UK, Can someone help me?

Since you are wanting to change your IP I am guessing you are wanting to create a new account. My suggestion is to not go
with a UK account and get a USA account since there are less limits pertaining to it and you can easily fine a US private proxy
or better yet a VPS.
 
Great guide i already knew who to make a stealth account but picked up some tips here.

Is there a place where i can buy a stealth account that is not so limited on BHW?

This is a joke right? I got 45+ stealth accounts on ebay. Man you are like missing so many things and giving out wrong info for people who are total noobs!

There are other payment processors not just paypal. dude you are so wrong on so many levels on giving information it's not even funny.

I know where you can get high limit, no holds on your money accounts for cheap and from a good source.

You never delete your cookies you make multiple user accounts on your computer.

Deleting your cookies could make eBay think that your account has been compromised!
 
I have created a few successful ebay and amazon accounts . However one of the most annoying processes to do is re-installing windows....My question is Must I reinstall a fresh copy of windows or can I just create a new windows user account, and change pc name and all the other procedures as normal.
