They will hold the money in your paypal account for 21 days. If you don't ship it, the buyer will probably open a dispute, paypal will refund the money to the buyer from the stealth account and you still have to pay the ebay fees.

Maybe you fool around on your first account and you got banned. You need to get back on ebay somehow so you need to create another identity (stealth).

Maybe you are selling vero. Selling 5 dr. dre beats on one account at the same time is a red flag. Selling beats one at a time is too slow. Creating 5 stealth accounts and each selling beats at the same time one at a time is less of a red flag and more efficient. Some people here have 10 accounts up to 30 accounts at a time. Imagine selling beats on 10 different accounts one at a time.

Maybe your profit is $60/item. On 10 different accounts thats $600 ($60x10). Now if you run your auctions every 5 days thats 6 sells per month (30 days in a month/5 auction days). Monthly profit is $3600 (6 sells x $600). The amount of work per hour is way less than your regular 9-5 job.

Btw don't sell beats.

Ebay stealth ebook from aspkin isn't worth my opinion..! Just basic information. That information already are knew by most guys who understand Computers, online security, and a bit banking stuff. And I think all marketers should know that. Its just my opinion.

If you have no idea about cookies, online security, go ahead purchase this ebook..

Everything is possible in eBay. Even your power seller account can get banned without a reason... If you have new stealth account and want to start selling dr beats. It is possible. But.. it's not a simple way to do it. I'm not even talking how many documents you'll need to fake.

Let's talk. If you want to become like a new people, start selling great stuff, read this.

Few tips at first:

Always use new machine for your account. It's my personal recommendation.
If you really want to have stealth account in good standing, NEVER USE VPN for creating an account and logging to your account.
I recommend you to purchase 3G modems ( USB sticks ) , top-up them and use that internet for your stealth account. This is the best way. You are off the home, and need to log in to your account , if you have USB STICK modem, that's fine you can go ahead and login, but sometimes you have no internet but you need desperately log in to your stealth account, you go to library and start logging. This is mistake. Big mistake if you have NEW stealth account with not much of history. I know, I know, what you think now. This probably will do nothing to your account, or maybe PayPal will call you, or something ( it happens in UK, dont know about usa. ) But the thing is, you need to defeat PayPal security bot. You need to stay clean and not raise any red flags.

Okay... what you need for good stealth account..
1) Installation of new machine.
2) Identity. Always use address where you can access yourself. You can use PO BOX, but it most likely you will be flagged for at least few months and most likely you will get limited. We have never tried that YET, but using physical address is for sure better. And also, you need to use FAKE identity ( fake docs and etc) ( unless you have permission to use this identity , i'm talking about family and etc. ) If you do really bad stuff with ebays (scamming, frauding and etc) and you get caught, I don't think that you want to add ID theft and ID disposal at your charges...
2) Bank account to verify your account. Most of stealth account holders are using e-savings accounts. I have no information about this, I have very close relative who had no account limited because of bank account. Just. Just. Sometimes prepaid card providers give you an account number. NEVER. NEVER. Use this account in PayPal, it will give you immediately RED FLAG to your profile page
3) USB stick modem.
4) Phone number. ( virtual phone numbers are fine ( just don't use skype phone numbers ), if you can't answer PayPal call, they will always leave your voicemail and if there is a chance, call them. You don't know what can happen when more than 50% employees in PayPal are jackasses and SLAVES!
5) Fake documents. I'm not going to give any contacts. Don't pm me about that.

Okay.. There is one important thing, it's probably important only for UK accounts. Everyone want instant payments right.. But please, don't use prepaid card. Just don't, paypal always is limiting accounts to confirm location. and the preferable method is by adding credit card, or prepaid card which can hold AVS. Remember, you don't need to do what PayPal says. You can verify it by manual ways.

Before starting creating account, just make sure that you're using internet from from USB. Some peoples getting confused when they work with double or triple operating systems. Now just keep breath in, go ahead and create account, there is nothing special ( forget to tell one important thing.. Don't mask/change USER AGENT. Never. Probably masking will make PayPal website inaccessible anyway. ) Okay this is nothing special, create account, enter all required information, create strong password, just don't add credit card. ( unless you have debit card for registered address ) Verify your email, create strong security answers and sign direct debit agreement with paypal ( add bank account. ) Wait until you receive small deposits and verify your account. If you made everything okay, used new installed machine and bla bla bla, you should be good ( not limited yet ) you NEED to send documents to them. Because your identity is fake, I also forget to recommend to use immigrant name surname for better ( unless you know how to do some other premium stuff with credit raports and etc ) Yes. Paypal do check your personal report. They have the right to do that in UK when you trying to verify account ( lift limits ) Because your identity is fake.. You will be asked to send some documentations ( passport, id, dl, statements, supplier agreements and etc it depends on your situation and what you're going to do. Send more stuff as you can, it will change nothing, but more is better. Then you have the good right to appeal your ban if they banned permanently or just limited because you sold for example VERO item. Don't be happy. Getting back banned perm. account is really really hard. You have 1% from 100% Good luck. ) If your painted documents were fine, your limits should be removed.

Ok. I need to take some sleep now.. I should find free time to finish write this stuff. I don't like to write in english, so don't get angry lol. I'm going to give you more tips how to become 'asset' for PayPal even with your stealth ebay and PayPal accounts.
Anyway.. it sounds pretty hard right? But it isn't. Just it sucks when you have many accounts and need to organise them all. I also know few big WSO sellers, who have at least 20++ PayPal accounts, you all understand why, there is nothing to explain.

P.S. there are many tips which I forgot to tell really, I'm half sleep, half drunk, so sorry if I missed something, but next time gonna give you more.
P.S.S. Maybe I've scared you about charges and etc, it's just my 2 cents. I never had experience in this, and anyway, PayPal isn't the company which likes to fill criminal complaints, unless you owe them xM$+ )

I have a very simple question to ask. I can use America Online for my web browser. Whenever I go to a website that identifies my IP number, it's a generic location and the number frequently changes. From my understanding America Online IP addresses are shared IP numbers so many different people can use the same IP and it changes. My question would be this: Is it ok to use America Online if I wanted to set up different eBay and Paypal Accounts?

I am not trying to sell hot goods or counterfeits. I just had a very crazy buyer who tried to accuse me of a lot of stuff to eBay. Even eBay sided with me. But I do not want this crazy buyer to follow me on eBay and send her friends to buy stuff on my account.

Can anyone help me open another eBay and Paypal account?

I'm sure you'd be fine since eBay and Paypal gets plenty of users that have dial-up and understand shared ip's are going to occur.

I got my ebay signed up and it ask me to link a VERIFIED pay pal account before I can sell. I thought I read that you shouldn't link your pay pal account? Also should I use a virtual bank account or If I use a reloadable vcc that is in my name can they access who's name is on the bank account?

The "must link to a verified paypal" can be bypassed, follow the option to link to a credit/debit card instead. And no, Paypal can't access the name or address info on a bank account, just the account or routing numbers (also the user ID and password).

Actually I kinda got lost after downloading it and zipping the folder lol
I then installed the apps i want (google chrome etc).... but dont know how to go about to make sure stealth accounts are separate and dont link to one another...

It doesnt allow you to have more than one google chrome app...
