How to login with .Edu Mail in Google?

If Edu email is made for Gmail (not for Outlook) you can log in like in regular Gmail, maybe it will take you temporarily to the college website but will redirect you back to Gmail after you log in...

Its for outlook the seller says gives a option to login in to gmail?

First time hear of that! If it is for Gmail then it's not for Outlook, but who knows, maybe i don't know what your seller knows...

Go to the settings section in your ads account. Go to security menu. Over there add a new domain and in there type your domain.
Send an invite afterwards. You will get access from edu domain.
