Find other people in your niche and do a google hangout. Be sure to tell all your subs about and have him/her do the same. Collaborate and swap subscribers.

i think if your videos are viral niche in the gaming sector like gtav, cod, counter strike, other stuff then you can use the reddit upvote group find it here if you can pm me ill get u in it, youll get loads of traffic off of that, reddit has a higher english audience base so i dont know whether you are doing voice overs for other language but this is a great way.
Beware of using any social media exchange sites for getting likes, views and comments cause that would come in the youtube "traffic sources" and these days i heard they disable your monetization for that forget about flagging videos and removing videos those days are over.

There are lots of ways to that.Just research online or consider hiring someone to do the work for you.There are many companies that sell Youtube views on the web in cheap prices.

Do you believe that it is possible to get a good amount of subscriber just by commenting on related videos? Do you have any experience in this regard?

You should at least tell us what kind of niche you are using......if your niche have audience and you are not getting traffic from youtube then you need to to do some seo.
Put you main keyword in your title, description, tags. Use annotation to drive traffic from one video to other. Share your video on social platform.

Your content is most likely low quality (if you do games its minecraft and cod, right?). You aren't special, so why should I view you? Great personality? Content that I'd enjoy by emotionally connecting to it? Look at the top accounts in your niche, spy on them and see where they are getting their promotions and such for their channels, and believe me, they are being promoted by either paid or viral sources.
